Role Description The Tour Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Srinagar. The Tour Executive will plan and organize tours, prepare detailed itineraries, coordinate bookings with hotels and transport providers, and ensure all travel arrangements run smoothly. This role includes communicating with clients to understand their preferences, providing information about destinations,



and addressing questions or concerns before and during trips. The Tour Executive will support guided tours, manage logistics on the ground, handle any changes or issues that arise, and maintain accurate records of reservations and client interactions. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to deliver a consistent, high-quality travel experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Tour Planning and Itineraries to design structured, engaging, and efficient travel programs.
