Arlak Biotech is looking for a dynamic Brand & Growth Manager to lead the next phase of growth for JC Best Pain Oil, our Ayurvedic pain-relief brand.

We are looking for someone who can think beyond traditional pharmaceutical marketing and build a robust consumer healthcare / OTC brand through a combination of branding, retail activation, digital marketing, distribution support, and measurable consumer demand.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the annual brand and marketing strategy for JC Best
* Strengthen brand positioning, communication, and consumer proposition
* Plan ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, retail, and trade marketing initiatives
* Work closely with distributors and sales teams to improve secondary sales and consumer offtake
* Manage digital campaigns, agencies, marketplaces, and social media
* Track marketing ROI, CAC, ROAS, repeat purchase, and campaign performance
* Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities
* Manage marketing budgets with strong commercial discipline
* Build a 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month growth roadmap for the brand





Ideal Candidate

* 5–10 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing / Growth
* Experience in OTC, Ayurveda, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Wellness, Personal Care, or D2C preferred
* Strong understanding of offline retail as well as digital marketing
* Demonstrated experience in building or scaling consumer brands
* Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, agencies, and sales teams
* Strong ownership mindset and execution capability
