Role Description This is a full-time Histopathology Technician role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in the Bangalore Urban district, with some tasks suitable for remote work such as documentation and digital reporting. The Histopathology Technician will handle specimen receipt, labeling, and accessioning, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of samples. Daily responsibilities include tissue processing, embedding, microtomy,



staining (including special and immunohistochemical stains as applicable), and slide preparation according to laboratory protocols. The role involves maintaining laboratory equipment, managing reagents and consumables, and strictly adhering to quality control, biosafety, and infection control standards. The technician will collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory professionals to support timely diagnosis, participate in report preparation and data entry, and help maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Histology and Pathology skills for tissue processing, staining, and slide preparation.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Human Anatomy to support accurate specimen orientation and interpretation.
