Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for delivering high-quality support to patients, corporate clients, and partner dentists. This role involves handling incoming calls and messages, resolving inquiries about appointments, services, and plans, and ensuring consistent, professional communication across all customer touchpoints.



The specialist will manage customer records, document interactions in internal systems, and coordinate with internal teams to address service issues in a timely manner. Day-to-day tasks include tracking and following up on customer requests, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, and maintaining service standards aligned with MyDentalPlan’s commitment to accessible, quality dental care.
