Role Description The Sr.
Engineer - Maintenance (CNC-VMC) is a full-time, in office role based at Inled Technologies LLP’s facility in Khandala. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of CNC and VMC machines, ensuring optimal uptime and performance for production operations. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating repairs, and maintaining detailed maintenance records. The Sr. Engineer will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime, implement maintenance best practices, and support continuous improvement in equipment performance. The role also involves guiding junior maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to cost-effective maintenance strategies.
