About the Role
Decrypton Private Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content for Decrypton and its clients across digital platforms. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, effective time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create marketing creatives, social media posts, advertisements, banners, presentations, branding materials, and other visual assets for Decrypton and its clients.
Develop visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Deliver assigned design projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and creative direction.
Update task status, project progress,



and deliverables regularly in Darcon CRM.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
Revise and refine creative assets based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other industry-standard graphic design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating creatives for digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.
