Role Description The Branch Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam, responsible for leading the branch’s overall business, operations, and team performance.



This role includes driving customer acquisition and portfolio growth across target segments, ensuring high-quality credit underwriting, and managing risks in line with company policies. The Branch Head will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, cash and process controls, and accurate reporting. The role requires coaching and developing team members, setting performance goals, and fostering a customer-centric culture focused on transparency and responsible lending. The Branch Head will also engage with local stakeholders, analyze market opportunities, and collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve branch and organizational objectives.
Qualifications

Solid leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising branch or business teams and driving performance.
Proficiency in branch operations, risk management, and compliance within financial service
