Living Lifestyle HoReCa Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in our procurement and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with existing suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Identify and develop new supplier relationships.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Track inward movement of materials and coordinate with the warehouse for timely receipt.
Follow up with suppliers on order status and ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Desired Candidate Profile
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✔️ Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
✔️ Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferred).
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
✔️ Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination is preferred.
