Role Description The Retail Salesperson at Aiza will support customers in selecting jewellery that suits their style, providing attentive, personalized service throughout the shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting product options, and ensuring an engaging and welcoming store environment. The role involves maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, managing stock on the floor, and keeping the store clean and organized. The Retail Salesperson will also learn detailed product knowledge, share brand stories, and assist with basic visual merchandising and promotional activities. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications
Robust Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert inquiries into purchases.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and create positive in-store experiences.
Solid Product Knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and articulate features, materials, and care instructions for jewellery.
Previous experience in retail, fashion, or jewellery sales is an advantage.
Comfort with basic POS systems, cash handling, and inventory checks.
Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion, or business is beneficial.
