Job Title : Supply Chain Executive - Inventory and Fulfilment
- Role Summary
Manage inventory accuracy and support day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment across all sales channels.
- Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update product catalogues across e-commerce platforms and POS.
Track inventory through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
Process online orders, generate shipping labels, and coordinate dispatches.
Prepare daily order sheets and shipment bookings.
Audit inventory reports and investigate stock variations.
Generate and share operational, inventory, and sales reports as required.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Requirements
1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with Shopify, POS, inventory software, or shipping platforms is preferred.
Solid attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
