About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Senior Ammonia (NH3) Refrigeration Engineer to oversee the protected operation,



preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance of our industrial cold storage and freezing systems.The ammonia refrigerator role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area, responsible for the operation and maintenance of ammonia-based refrigeration systems used in seafood processing and cold storage. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring refrigeration plant performance, adjusting system parameters, and ensuring optimal temperatures for product quality and food safety. The role involves carrying out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, and associated piping. The individual will be expected to identify and troubleshoot system faults, respond to alarms, and coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime.
