We are looking for a highly curious, research-driven and relationship-oriented individual to help build the future of RED Summit India, our flagship Real Estate Development Summit.
This role is about identifying the people and ideas shaping India's built environment and bringing them into the GBB ecosystem.

You will:
• Research India's real estate, architecture, design and hospitality sectors to identify emerging trends, influential leaders and key conversations
• Build relationships with leading developers, owners, architects, designers, investors and industry experts




• Identify and engage high-value speakers and decision-makers for RED Summit
• Develop insights and content themes that shape meaningful industry discussions
• Connect India's leading real estate community with GBB's international network of developers, investors, architects, designers and solution providers
• Work closely with the team to strengthen the quality, influence and commercial value of our platforms

We are looking for someone who:
• Has 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate, architecture/design media, B2B events, research, business development or industry relations
• Enjoys deep research and understanding industries
• Is confident reaching out to senior executives and building relationships
• Can turn market intelligence into conversations that matter
• Is motivated by building communities, not just organising events
