Role Description The Solar Specialist role is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, with a mix of in office work at project locations and office, along with some work-from-home flexibility.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Asset Performance & Analytics Lead / Performance Analysis - O&M; -Solar Projects with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience responsible for developing bankable Solar Energy Yield Assessments (EYA), performance models, and analytics frameworks for utility‑scale solar and hybrid projects.
The role ensures accurate generation forecasts, alignment between engineering assumptions and financial models, and continuous feedback from operating assets back into design and technology decisions, thereby protecting project returns and long‑term asset value.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of solar power concepts and practical experience working with Solar Power and Solar Systems.
Exposure to the broader Solar Industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices in project implementation.
Understanding of Wind Energy technologies and their integration with solar solutions for hybrid power generation.
