✅Experience: 3 to 6 years of dedicated experience in BIM and Electrical Engineering. A reliable career history with no excessive job-hopping is strictly required.
✅Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Diploma candidates strictly excluded).
✅Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: Power Distribution, Lighting Systems, Fire Alarm Modeling, Communication Systems, Clash Resolution. ✅Software/Tools: Working proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP.
✅Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with global stakeholders.
✅Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Gurgaon.
➡️Position Overview Drive the 3D modeling, coordination, and documentation of complex electrical building systems within BIM methodologies.
You will collaborate across disciplines to deliver conflict-free designs and precise construction deliverables.
?Core Responsibilities
✔️Electrical Systems Modeling: Build detailed 3D Revit MEP models for power, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
✔️Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural, and mechanical engineers to integrate electrical components.
✔️Clash Detection & Resolution: Run clash detection in Navisworks to resolve design conflicts prior to construction.
✔️Construction Documentation: Generate comprehensive electrical drawings, schedules, specifications, and material quantities.
✔️Design Quality Control: Ensure all electrical models align with project codes, technical specifications, and standards.
