Role Description The Back Office Sales Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting the sales team with technical and administrative activities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical and commercial proposals, reviewing customer specifications, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solutions for earthing and lightning protection projects. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and maintaining up-to-date documentation such as drawings, datasheets, and compliance records. The Back Office Sales Engineer will assist in analyzing project requirements, generating quotations, updating CRM or sales tracking systems, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
