Role Description
The Lead Generation Intern will support Intropedia's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities on a day-to-day basis. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a combination of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include researching target markets and organizations, building and maintaining lead lists, and reaching out to prospects through digital channels and calls. The intern will assist the sales team by documenting lead interactions, tracking outreach activities,



and maintaining accurate records of prospect follow-ups. The role also involves continuously learning about Intropedia's offerings to communicate value clearly and professionally to potential leads.

Qualifications
Ability to identify and qualify new leads, with foundational skills in lead generation and prospecting.
Strong research skills to gather information on target audiences and relevant platforms.
Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction for outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Interest in sales and business development, with the capacity to support outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Basic proficiency in digital platforms and social media; familiarity with lead-tracking tools is an advantage.
High level of initiative, consistency, and target-oriented approach, with ability to work both independently and collab
