Role Description The E-Commerce, Quick Commerce and Direct-To-Consumer Business Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Model Town. This role is responsible for managing and growing online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, quick commerce partners, and direct-to-consumer operations via company-owned digital assets. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing online sales strategies, optimizing product listings and pricing, coordinating promotions,



and tracking performance metrics to drive revenue and customer engagement. The role involves collaborating with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and high-quality customer experiences. The Business Lead will also monitor market trends, evaluate new partnership opportunities, and prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for leadership.
Qualifications
