Role Description This is a full time, in office Salesperson role based in Gorakhpur. The Salesperson will greet and assist customers, understand their fabric and design requirements, and recommend suitable products to meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, managing inquiries, and supporting customers through selection, measurement, and order processes. The role also involves maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the store team to ensure a clean,



organized, and customer-friendly environment. The Salesperson will contribute to achieving sales targets, handling billing in coordination with the cash counter, and providing post-sale support to foster long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in retail or textiles and comfort working with sales targets.
Basic numeracy and billing skills, with attention to accuracy in measurements, pricing, and handling cash or digital payments.
Product awareness or willingness to learn about different fabrics, their uses, and care instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks such as arranging stock, displaying fabrics, and assisting with fittings.
