Event Production Manager

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end on-ground event production, especially wedding events.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, fabricators, decorators, artists, and labour teams.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely setup and execution as per plan.
Assist in client meetings and understand production requirements.
Supervise venue layouts, installations, and execution quality on-site.
Handle tight timelines and high-pressure event situations efficiently.
Maintain production planning sheets, vendor lists, and event costing trackers in Excel.

Key Skills Required
Minimum 4 years experience in wedding/event production
Robust vendor coordination & team management skills ?
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for planning, tracking, and coordination
Good communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
Willingness to work long hours during event days (field role) ⚡
