We are currently building our core team in Noida and are looking for a hands-on HR skilled who can take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle as the organisation grows.
The Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist / HR Executive with prior hands-on HR experience to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee operations and day-to-day people management at Pryt Media.
This is not a recruitment-only position. You will work closely with the leadership team and help establish the HR processes, policies and culture of a growing organisation.
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end hiring process across different roles.
Create and publish job postings across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate offer letters, documentation and joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding and induction.
Handle employee records, attendance, leave and other day-to-day HR operations.
Manage employee queries, communication and workplace concerns.
Create and maintain HR policies, processes and employee documentation.
Coordinate performance reviews, feedback and employee development processes.
Manage employee offboarding, exit formalities and documentation.
Help build a professional, accountable and positive workplace culture.
Work closely with leadership on manpower planning and evolving HR requirements as the team expands.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years of prior hands-on HR experience is mandatory.
