Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Industry: Financial Services / NBFC / Lending
✅ Key Requirements:
• Experience in loan collections (short-term / payday loans preferred)
• Solid communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Knowledge of repayment follow-ups & collection processes
• Comfortable working with targets & field/tele-calling activities
? Roles & Responsibilities:
• Follow up on pending EMIs and overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate customer and payment records
• Resolve customer queries related to repayments
• Coordinate with internal recovery & operations teams
• Ensure timely collection as per company guidelines
