About the Role
The Crowners is looking for a creative, skilled, and visually driven Motion Designer / Video Editor who can transform ideas, raw footage, and creative concepts into engaging visual stories.
This is not limited to basic video editing. You’ll get the opportunity to work across creative storytelling, talking-head content, cinematic videos, motion graphics, advertisements, brand campaigns, and social-first content.
You’ll also work on projects for industry-leading and recognised brands such as Apsara, Nataraj, Impact Mints, Visa, and more, giving you exposure to diverse industries, creative styles, and campaign formats.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging motion graphics, reels, brand videos, advertisements, and social media content
Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality visual stories
Create impactful animations, transitions, typography, compositing, and visual effects
Work on cinematic edits with strong attention to music, pacing, sound design, colour, and storytelling
Edit and enhance talking-head videos using dynamic cuts, motion elements, B-roll, captions, and graphics
Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into strong visual executions
Collaborate closely with the creative, content, social media, and production teams
Work across multiple brands while adapting to different visual identities and communication styles
Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and timelines
