Role Overview
The Sourcing Engineer identifies, evaluates, and develops capable vendors for precision and fabrication manufacturing projects. The role involves understanding RFQs, assessing manufacturing feasibility, and creating cost-effective supply chain solutions across materials, manufacturing, quality, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard suitable vendors for precision and Fabrication manufacturing requirements
Analyze RFQs, drawings, and specifications to assess feasibility
Develop cost-effective sourcing and supply chain strategies
Manage and strengthen vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Production Engineering
2+ years’ experience in manufacturing or sourcing roles
Experience in vendor management and cost optimization
