Role Description This full-time remote Meta Ads Expert role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related placements). The Meta Ads Expert will manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience research, creative and copy collaboration, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.



Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, refining targeting, and preparing regular reports and insights for the leadership and marketing teams. The role also involves working closely with product and content teams to align campaign messaging with Peacechat’s brand voice and user experience goals. The successful candidate will proactively identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to scale campaigns efficiently.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and optimization.
Proficiency in performance marketing, with experience in user acquisition, funnel optimization, and ROI-focused strategies.
Ability to analyze campaign data using tools such as Meta analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
