Role Description The Product Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property) will be responsible for end-to-end product ownership for the LAP portfolio, including product design, pricing, policy frameworks,



and customer experience. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying customer needs, and translating insights into product features and process improvements. The role includes collaborating with sales, credit, risk, operations, and technology teams to implement product changes, streamline workflows, and ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance. The Product Manager will track product performance, analyze portfolio metrics, and drive initiatives to improve profitability, asset quality, and turnaround time. Daily activities also include preparing business cases, supporting training for frontline teams, managing stakeholder communication, and contributing to digital enablement and automation of LAP processes.
