Role Description The Sales Application Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves providing technical guidance on cutting tools, measuring instruments, and abrasives to industrial customers, including product selection, application support, and troubleshooting. The Sales Application Engineer will prepare and present technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations,



and collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into orders. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and applications, and supporting after-sales service. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, contributing to sales targets, and participating in training or technical workshops as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer value.
