Role Description The Sales Manager at Noris Medical India will lead and grow sales activities for dental implant products and systems, ensuring strong market presence and customer relationships in the region. This full-time, on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves managing a sales team, setting targets,



and developing sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting with dental professionals and clinics, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and collaborate with marketing and clinical training teams to support customer education and engagement. The role also includes maintaining high standards of customer service and representing Noris Medical at industry events, conferences, and training programs.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development, preferably within medical devices or dental products.
Strong abilities in relationship building, stakeholder management, and customer service to support long-term partnerships with clinicians and clinics.
