Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Malerkotla, responsible for driving sales growth for steel pipes and tubes in targeted industrial and construction markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,



managing existing customer accounts, and developing strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industrial clients. The Sales Manager will prepare and present product proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts in line with company policies, and coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. The role also includes forecasting sales, tracking performance against targets, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, and contributing to sales strategies and marketing initiatives. This position requires regular field visits, participation in industry events, and detailed reporting to leadership on pipeline status and market feedback.
