Sony Pictures Networks India is looking for a high-performing Assistant Manager/Manager – Ad Sales to drive advertising revenue for the channel. The role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with advertisers and media agencies, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue through FCT sales, sponsorships, impact properties, and integrated media solutions.

Position Specification
Education: Post Graduate Diploma in Management (or equivalent), preferably in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in TV/Media Ad Sales. Proven ability to drive advertising revenue by selling FCT, impact properties, and branded solutions.. Strong relationships with leading media agencies and advertisers, with a solid understanding of the broadcast advertising ecosystem, BARC viewership metrics, and revenue planning. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Contribute to the annual sales planning process by providing market insights, revenue forecasts,



and business opportunities for the West region.
Develop sales strategies aligned to channel priorities and revenue objectives.
Analyse the content calendar, marquee movie premieres, festivals, and special programming to identify monetisation opportunities through FCT, sponsorships, and integrated brand solutions.
Monitor market trends, advertiser spends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Revenue Generation & Business Development
Drive advertising revenue by selling FCT, sponsorships, impact properties across Channel.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while improving yield and wallet share.
Build a robust pipeline of advertisers through direct clients and media agencies.
Develop compelling sales presentations and customized proposals for advertisers.
Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Programming, Revenue Strategy, and Sales Planning teams
