MIS & Automation
- Visualise and Develop various MIS and automation opportunities.

Team Training

Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on recent and existing products.

Others
- Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines and internal governance standards.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and proficiency in MS Office.
