crucial role as facilitators at Upaay Kendra. At the core of health awareness,
income/livelihoods, public sensitivity, agricultural consultation imparting
knowledge about government schemes, with a solid local connect. They act as a
bridge between rural society and public upliftment.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.



Service
oriented/ Seva-Bhav: People centric and sensitive

2. Basic
reading and writing skills

3. Basic
computer/technology knowledge/competence and admin experience

4. 12th pass, graduates preferred

5. Minimum
3-5 years work experience.

6. General
knowledge about government schemes/programs

7. Preference
to former Anganwadi workers, nurses, social workers

8. Medical
care is an additional benefit

9. Must possess strong
communication, leadership, and community outreach skills.

10. Local
understanding/awareness, familiarity to local languages

11. Females preferred

12. No domestic
issues/problems, health ailments

13. No
form of political alignment (eg: party karyakarta)
