What will you do?
- In this role you will coach and develop team members reporting directly and you will be directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory
- Further you will manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory and you will work closely with BU Head to ensure BU targets are met
- Furthermore, you will manage the Key accounts assigned to ensure long term profitability and growth and coordinate with plant / distribution / support teams to ensure timely supplies to customers
- Moreover, you have to ensure timely collection of payments from all custome
