About Pro Marketer
Pro Marketer is a Toronto-based performance marketing agency serving 100+ DTC e-commerce brands across supplements, wellness, skincare, and apparel. We run paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), Amazon management, Klaviyo email marketing, and Shopify/Webflow builds. Design at Pro Marketer isn’t decoration — it directly drives conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue for our clients.

The Role
We’re hiring a mid-level designer who works across UI/UX, graphic design, and email design — and who uses AI tools (Claude, Figma AI, Midjourney, etc.) as a core part of their workflow, not as an afterthought. You’ll be our second designer, working directly with the CEO and media buying team to ship high-converting design work fast.
This is a role for someone who brings new creative ideas to the table — not someone who waits for a brief and executes blindly.

What You’ll Do
UI/UX Design (40%)
- Design landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels for Shopify and Webflow
- Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes in Figma
- Apply CRO principles:



visual hierarchy, mobile-first layouts, explicit CTAs
- Hand off dev-ready designs with clean specs

Email & Newsletter Design (30%)
- Design email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flow templates (primarily Klaviyo)
- Build mobile-optimized, on-brand email layouts that drive opens and clicks
- Design promotional calendars: launches, sales, seasonal campaigns

Graphic Design & Ad Creative (30%)
- Design static ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns
- Produce social media graphics, banners, infographics, and brand assets
- Support pitch decks, client reports, and internal brand materials

AI-Enabled Workflow (across everything)
- Use Claude to generate copy variations, structure layouts, brainstorm creative concepts, and speed up production
- Continuously test new AI design tools and bring what works into our process
