Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including online databases, social media, job boards, and professional networks,



to identify and attract Per Diem healthcare professionals in the USA.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with the unique requirements of our clients.
- Market Research:
- Analyze data to identify potential talent pools, recruitment challenges, and opportunities within the Per Diem healthcare domain.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Initiate and maintain meaningful communication with prospective candidates, providing comprehensive information about job opportunities and assessing their suitability for specific roles.
- Cultivate relationships with Per Diem healthcare professionals, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct thorough initial candidate assessments to ensure a robust match with job requirements and client expectations.
