Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

âConduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web

Vitals, site speed) and work with developers to implement fixes.

âPerform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for both on-

page and content strategies.

âOptimize website structure, metadata, headers, internal linking, and landing pages

for search visibility and conversions.

âCollaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized blogs, case studies, and web

pages aligned with keyword strategies.

âBuild authority and backlinks through ethical outreach, partnerships, and PR.

âManage local SEO including Google My Business, citations, and reviews.

âMonitor SEO KPIs: rankings, impressions, CTR, traffic quality, and organic conversions.

Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)

âPlan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and

Meta Ads.

âConduct keyword and audience research to build effective campaigns for lead

generation.





âWrite and test compelling ad copies; coordinate with designers for creatives

(banners, video ads, carousels).

âImplement and optimize bidding strategies (Manual, Enhanced CPC, Target

CPA/ROAS).

âSet up and manage remarketing campaigns and custom audience targeting.

âMonitor campaign performance: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and make data-driven

adjustments.

âEnsure accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, and CRM

integration.

âProvide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

âProficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs,

Screaming Frog.

âProficiency in PPC tools: Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager,

Meta Ads Manager.

âStrong understanding of UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio/Looker

dashboards.

âAbility to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable

recommendations.
