- Networking with hospitals for organ donation.
- Screening related/ unrelated transplant candidates and their donors for kidney and liver transplant.
- Documentation and reporting to all government agencies.
- Attending to patient grievances.
- Updating the hospital’s management about patient feedback.
- Counseling and inspiring in-patients and their relatives.
- Making the best efforts to solve the complaints of patients.
- Services and liaising with different trusts for financial aid for patients.
- Screening of patients who applied for the bill concession if needed.
- To maintain liaison between medical staff and other departments like ICU staff, nursing staff, customer care, etc.
