Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) standards and statutory safety requirements.
- Conduct HAZOP, HIRA, JSA, LOPA, PSSR, and risk assessment studies.
- Investigate process safety incidents, identify root causes, and implement CAPA.
- Review and update SOPs, operating procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Monitor critical process safety parameters and recommend improvements.
- Participate in Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) activities.
- Conduct process safety audits and ensure closure of observations.
- Provide process safety training and awareness to plant personnel.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering,



and EHS teams to enhance plant safety and reliability.
- Support implementation of process safety improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Hands-on experience in HAZOP, LOPA, MOC, PSSR, HIRA, and RCA
- Knowledge of chemical process operations and risk assessment techniques
- Familiarity with statutory safety regulations and best practices
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
