Intern-to-Hire - Zoho Consultant

We are seeking motivated recent graduates to join our Intern-to-Hire – Zoho Consultant Program. Responsibilities:

For (BCA / MCA / BE – CS / IT) – Zoho Developer Intern

- Work on real-time Zoho implementation projects under the guidance of senior consultants and developers.

- Customize and develop solutions using Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, etc.).

- Write clean and efficient scripts using Deluge and integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems via APIs.

- Assist in automating business processes, workflows, and reports within the Zoho ecosystem.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing Zoho applications for performance and usability.

- Maintain proper documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows.





- Follow Agile practices including daily updates, sprint tasks, and team collaboration.

- Learn and apply best practices in SaaS implementation, CRM customization, and cloud-based solutions.

- Stay updated with new Zoho features, integrations, and industry trends.

Requirements

- Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in BCA / MCA / BE (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields).

- Basic proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar); knowledge of scripting or logic building is a plus.

- Understanding of APIs, databases, and basic software development concepts is an advantage.

- Interest in working with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books) and learning Deluge scripting.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interact with clients confidently (Preferred).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to take initiative.

- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Office Time: 10:00 AM IST to 07:00 PM IST
