Role Overview The Last Mile Operations Intern will support day-to-day delivery operations by handling customer calling, shipment tracking, and data maintenance. The role requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect feedback from the customer’s end
- Track shipment status via courier partner systems
- Follow up on delayed, in-transit, undelivered, and RTO shipments
- Update daily tracking sheets and maintain accurate shipment remarks
- Share regular status updates with the Last Mile team
- Flag escalations and recurring delivery issues on time
