Overview

Chi Networks, a Chicago-headquartered IT company with a strong presence in India, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven enthusiastic and skilled HR & Admin Intern to join our growing team in New Delhi. This is a full-time position for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their careers in a dynamic IT environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various domains such as managed services, cloud computing, and network/security operations.

You will be supporting Indian and US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, email, and network issues

- Resolve desktop-level issues (Windows, printers, antivirus, connectivity)

- Maintain logs and update ticketing system

- Assist with system installations, configurations, and patch updates

- Help maintain IT inventory and asset tracking

Requirements

Qualifications





- CA / B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / Diploma or cybersecurity certification (preferred)

- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Location & Additional Details

- Work Timings: 24x7 environment. Employees may be needed to work in night shifts.

- Work Days: 5 days per week, with consecutive/ staggered week offs, any 2 days of the week

- Job Type: Full-time, In office

- Location: New Delhi, India

- Mandatory: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi for this position.

- Internship Certificate provided

- May convert to full-time based on performance
