Key Responsibilities:

- Contributing to the continuous improvement of design offerings, incorporating the latest trends, technology, and best practices.

- Driving innovation within the design team and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Skilled experience in interior design, preferably in corporate, IT/ITES, or large commercial projects.

- Strong design sensibility with experience in conceptualization,



space planning, and detailing.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and VR/AR visualization tools.

- Familiarity with technology-driven design solutions, including AI-assisted layouts, smart office design, or digital twin platforms.

- Experience in client interaction and presentations, translating requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

- Strong project management skills, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting trends in commercial interiors.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
