This full-time remote position requires expertise in US medical insurance verification, authorizations, and referrals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient with the eClinicalWorks software program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Insurance Verification:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
- Ensure accurate documentation of insurance information.

- Insurance Authorizations and Referrals:

- Obtain necessary authorizations for medical procedures.
- Process and manage referrals efficiently.

- Communication and Coordination:

- Liaise with insurance companies to resolve issues.
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance matters.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance verification, authorizations, and referrals.




- Proficient in using eClinicalWorks software program.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work Schedule:

- The position is remote-based.
- Some work must be conducted during US Central Time Zone hours.
- Independent work can be completed during regular India business hours.
- Applicants must be willing to undergo training during US Central Time Zone hours.
