Brief Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Executive. In this role, you will assist in promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients. You will be responsible for supporting senior executives, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain internal and/or external sales strategies and processes to maximize the organizations profit potential.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Promote the organizations products and services to new and existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations with the services provided.
- Liaise with clients regularly to understand their needs, resolve complaints and issues, develop current business, and provide value.
- Review client accounts to identify business opportunities,



analyze prospects, and promote sales growth.
- Handle internal and client inquiries and complaints.
- Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred.
- Fluency in Kannada is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Motivated and results-oriented.
