Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for multiple part-time (35 hours per week) Instructional Assistant - Early Learning positions. Successful candidates will work as members of the Early Learning Department and will follow a 187-day calendar. These positions will be based at the Willamette ESD Early Childhood Center in Salem, OR and will begin August 21, 2026.

Salary and Benefits
- These are part-time (.875 FTE) Classified positions represented by the Oregon School Employees Association.
- Placement on the Willamette ESD Classified Salary Schedule Range 13, Step 1-6; ($20.91-$26.74 per hour) will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training and experience.
