As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Automation solutions, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads by Telephonic Calling, Cold Calling, generated leads through digital platforms. You would need to create, manage & maintain qualified customer databases. Create digital campaigns, submit proposals, follow up for orders, process orders and manage opportunities below a certain value You will leverage your expertise in technology, cybersecurity, and data center solutions to help our clients meet their evolving IT needs while achieving their strategic objectives.

This will be a target carrying role. The role is based in Mumbai.

This role will combine and extend as Executive Assistant to Director's, Digital Marketing and managing back-office work.

Note : Female Candidates will be preferred.

Requirements

Qualifications & Responsibilities

- Fresher to 5yrs Experience in Inside Sales, Back office

- Key Skills: Networking Products, Cybersecurity or Server/Storage/HCI/Database or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Build & maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers.

- Develop robust relationships with various customer stake holders like CXOs (CIO/CISO/CDO), Procurement Heads, Cross functional team.





- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.

- Should have Techno Commercial skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to address any issues.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and our product offerings.

- Build and manage customer database by using various tools.

- Manage back office functions like, order processing, order approval, Vendor negotiation, Logistics coordination, Purchase orders, Invoicing, DC, e-way bill.

- Managing Calendar of the all Directors, Review, Minutes of the Meeting, Appointment Scheduling, travel, Presentations, Travel Management, Follo-ups.
