Responsibilities:

- Outreach +Handle inbound leads + follow-ups; qualify requirements, urgency, and budget.

- Pitch relevant service package; create proposal/quote and close by collecting advance payment.





- Maintain clean CRM notes and daily status updates.

- Coordinate with PM for onboarding, scope confirmation, and delivery timeline.

- Prevent scope creep: ensure deliverables/revisions are confirmed in writing.

Requirements

- Strong spoken + written communication; confident negotiation.
- High follow-up discipline; comfortable with call/WhatsApp selling.
- Basic understanding of reports/writing/editing services (training provided).
