This is an Inside sales , Pre Sales, Sales Support role to generate Business.

Role Overview

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in back-end sales, Sales support. The role involves supporting the sales team through coordination, pricing, quotations, CRM management, and client communication to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Provide complete back-end sales support to the sales team
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, pricing sheets, proposals, and related documentation
- Coordinate internally for approvals, pricing validation, and technical inputs
- Handle client communication via calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM software with leads, opportunities, and sales data
- Assist in lead tracking, pipeline management, and MIS reporting
- Support sales closures by ensuring timely and accurate documentation

Required Skills & Proficiency:-

- 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Support / Back-End Sales
- Strong proficiency in working with CRM software
- Hands-on experience in sales quotation preparation and pricing coordination
- Good verbal and written communication skills




- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
