About the Role

Do you love the idea of blending technology, teaching, and mentorship into one meaningful career?

As an Innovation & Academic Fellow, you'll work closely with underprivileged students, helping them grow academically, build real projects, and discover their potential — all while living and working on a serene residential campus in the hills of Himachal Pradesh.

This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone early in their career who wants an experience that's both purposeful and genuinely different.

Key Details (Read This First!)

Position Innovation & Academic Fellow Openings 4 Experience Freshers welcome — no prior experience required Employment Type Full-time, residential Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Perks Food and accomodation covered + campus life in the Himalayas Working Hours 5–6 fixed working hours/day. However, You'll need to be available/present for 10–12 hours (including breaks) — think of it as being part of their daily rhythm, not just a classroom slot

Eligibility

- Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Preferred: M.Tech
- Also accepted: MCA or M.Sc (Computer Science) — candidates in this category should be willing to register for UGC NET
- Solid technical foundation (coding, systems, or applied research)
- A genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving




- Empathy and patience to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Comfortable with a residential, on-campus lifestyle

? Facilitate Learning Support students in advanced subjects, research work, and hands-on projects.

? Mentor & Guide Be a trusted mentor for students' academic growth and career direction.

? Drive Innovation Collaborate with faculty on applied projects that tackle real-world problems.

? Build Community Help foster a culture of learning, empathy, and peer support on campus.

? Lead & Bridge Act as a connector between students, faculty, and university administration.
