- Maintaining 5S On Shop Floor Through 5S Audit.
▪ Deployment and Monitoring Line Quality Inspectors.
- Make Set up approvals with the help of Engineering Drawing.
- Doing audit for Poka- yoke inspection.
- Giving Information and Training about customer complaint to all PDI inspectors.
- Prepare Trials Reports For Current Development parts
- Reading CMM Reports , wall thickness Reports, Roughness Reports Etc.
- Checking X-ray of Line parts.
- Analysing any defect on line and informing it to seniors for correction.
