Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to drive end-to-end MDM implementations on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MDM SaaS, leadership skills to guide a team, and the ability to collaborate with clients to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC) solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define MDM strategy, architecture, and data governance best practices.

- Oversee data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and workflows.

- Integrate MDM SaaS with enterprise applications using CDI, APIs, and CAI.

- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in MDM implementations.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.





- Provide technical leadership in solution design, issue resolution, and performance tuning.

- Partner with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Informatica MDM.

- Hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC MDM) platform.

- Strong knowledge of MDM concepts: data modeling, hierarchy management, survivorship, match/merge, workflows.

- Experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Application Integration (CAI), and APIs.

- Good understanding of Data Quality (IDQ/CDQ) and data governance principles.

- Proven experience in leading teams and client engagements.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have

- Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or other modern data platforms.

- Experience with Agile delivery models.

- Informatica certifications (MDM SaaS, CDI, IDMC).
